"Thank you" for your quality and professional presentation at our Personal Banker sales rally on September 4th, 2003. You motivated the entire group to work as a TEAM and to provide sales and service with a "Wow" experience for the customer.

Your presentation was "right on target" with our companies sales initiatives of satisfying all of our customers' financial needs, help them succeed financially, and to be the premier provider of financial services. Your speaking skills go beyond just articulation; you were incredibly creative and inventive. You have all the attributes of a teacher, motivator, and counselor that could be expected in today's business environments.

The "bankers" took away not only to present themselves professionally, but how to "know their customer" and be their financial partner with responsive friendly sales and service. You used an extremely analytical process through which you challenged us to re-focus and to improve our sales and service skills.

Thank you for the sage advice that was given to our participants. I want to congratulate you for the special skill and personal charm that created a positive attitude among our (workshop) participants, eliciting the learning experience. I have heard great positive comments from our Managers and Personal Bankers that attended the rally.
