Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! What a wonderful presentation! You were able to mesmerize managers, staff, and board members in a "superbly inspirational" seminar.

I am sure that working with such a diverse group presented many challenges, yet as one attendee stated; the "presentation was done with apparent ease and simplicity." As a loosely knit not-for-profit group working to provide affordable housing to independent seniors, you really took the time to understand our concerns, to investigate NYS regulations, and to tailor the program to meet the specific issues important to us.

Comments include one board member suggesting that you do a seminar "just for all the governing boards and make it mandatory!" Another said, "Presenter had obviously done his homework and knew about our facilities and characteristics. That made has information hit home and much more valuable."
