It was such a pleasure having you speak to our group of News Data Service affiliates at out annual meeting in San Antonio this year. Thanks very much for the time and effort you put into the research in advance of the meeting and for your most dynamic presentation.

We always survey our attendees at the end if our conference in order to get feedback on the meeting and our presenters. We were overwhelmed by the enthusiastic response to your presentation. The companies who were a part of your advance survey work were very appreciative of the insights you afforded them. Since many of our meeting attendees are small business owners or managers, the glimpses you offered into the level of customer service their companies provide was very enlightening indeed. I'm sure many of them will want to follow up with you and many of the companies who were not part of your initial research would like to work with you as well.

Since our industry deals with its clients almost exclusively by phone, the information you presented on sales and customer service was extremely relevant and useful.
